We are Kimberley Noël (32) and Thianam (34), two visual artists born and raised in the Netherlands and living nomadically and off-grid for over six years.

We choose to work & create together and start our life project to contribute to a balanced world for all life on earth; Be Alive For All Life

The Story:

In 2018, we left behind our previous lifestyles and began living nomadically and minimally, with the intention of becoming more aware of ourselves, our impact, and the world around us.

Our journey has taken us through life experiences that shaped our understanding of responsibility and our connection to all life, including:

• Working with Indigenous communities in Suriname to reduce single‑use plastics
• Cleaning remote Arctic beaches
• Overwintering for three months in the Arctic in our self‑converted vans with almost no heating, researching human adaptability
• Long walking expeditions through deserts
• Learning more ecological and conscious ways of living
• Growing through self‑awareness, minimalism, and philosophy
• Deep conversations with people from many cultures

These experiences became the foundation of our life mission.

In 2021, we founded our life project Be Alive For All Life, creating 100% Natural Artworks made directly with the Earth.
These natural, multidimensional artworks aim to contribute to a more balanced world, raise awareness, and rebuild the bridge between humans and nature.

They have been exhibited in France and Norway, including a 18month preparing solo exhibition “We Are One” for the 100‑year celebration of Biodynamics with Gérard Bertrand in France.
The 5 element Artworks will soon permanently exhibited as a tribute to Biodiversity at Château L’Hospitalet, Narbonne

Our Life Mission – Give More Than We Take

• Living in service of the Earth: We live nomadically, minimally and consciously to reduce our impact and remain fully available for nature projects worldwide.

• Creating awareness through 100% natural art: We create multidimensional artworks made entirely from natural materials to reconnect people with the Earth.

• Rebuilding the bridge between humans and nature: Through art, storytelling and our way of living, we aim to inspire responsibility, respect and connection.

• Support nature organizations and restoration physically: to help plant mangroves, corals and trees, clean oceans, support Indigenous communities and more

• Sharing stories of solutions: Through art and video, we want to highlight hopeful initiatives and show that Positive change is possible

Art;

Our work arises from a fusion of painting and sculpture. Each piece is created with the pure sources of the Earth itself, entirely from natural and non‑toxic materials.

We craft our own paints, forage minerals and organic materials; the fundament of creation, Nature. Then we finish each piece with a hand‑brushed aluminium frame with integrated light.

By connecting ancient materials with a contemporary aesthetic, we build a bridge between humans and nature, the past & present and the deeper layers of life.

These artworks invite you to look at life through different perspectives. To combine it with storytelling they offer meaning, evoke emotion and open space for reflection.
Each Artwork is unique and resonates on both a Personal and Universal level.
